The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* A suspect was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for traffic violations at West End Boulevard and Linden Street.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Emily Douglas, 17, 2857 Themis St., Apt. B-2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Two female juveniles were taken into custody on charges of stealing CDs and clothing from 3439 William St.
* Kendrick Kimble, 21, 908 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.
* Michael Broeker, 42, 6607 Vermont St., St. Louis, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Robert Poley, 25, 957 Independence St., Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault.
* Brandon King, 18, no address given, was arrested in the 300 block of Hanover Street on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, a warrant for failure to appear in court and another warrant for a probation violation.

Thefts
* Shell D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline at 3415 William St.
* Car stereo and pioneer stereo were reported stolen in the 400 block of Marie Street.
* Montgomery Bank, 2027 Broadway, reported receiving a counterfeit $50 bill and a counterfeit $100 bill.
* A credit card and money were reported stolen at 200 West Park Mall.
* A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 3026 William St.

* A cellular phone was reported stolen at 735 William St., Apt. 1.
* Amoco/D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline at 3276 William St.
* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Christmas yard ornaments were reported damaged at 2114 Sherwood Drive.
* A chainlink fence, radio wire and antenna were reported damaged at 80 N. Broadview.
* A vehicle was damaged and yard ornaments broken at 915 S. Pacific St.
* A vehicle window was broken and a camper shell damaged at 2513 Jonquil Lane.
* A vehicle window was broken at 630 Bellevue St.
* A vehicle window was broken at 1631 Oak Hills Drive.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 629 North St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1553 Parksite Drive.
* A vehicle window was reported broken in the 500 block of Washington Avenue.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1733 Dunklin St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1942 Dunklin St.
