DWIs

* Vester G. Osborne, 37, of 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 301, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated, failure to show proof of insurance and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

* Kyle W. Hente, 20, of 1805 Grandview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving an unlicensed vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and resisting arrest.

* Demarcus L. Jones, 17, of 203 S. Pacific St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to dim headlights.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia and cocaine.

* Darrell D. Wiseman, 20, of 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on ex parte violation.

* Christopher S. Clover, 18, of 921 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Jackson warrant for traffic violations.

* Raymond M. Martin, 42, of 321 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended driver's license.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on minor in possession of intoxicants by consumption.

* Windows were reported broken at 1532 N. Main St. Vester G. Osborne, 37, of 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 301, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on assault of a law enforcement officer.

Summonses

* Clayton A. Schenk, 19, of Evansville, Ill., was issued a summons for misrepresentation of age and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

Assaults

* Domestic assault, trespassing and driving while revoked was reported.

Thefts

* Forgery was reported at 2118 William St.

* A boy's bicycle was reported stolen at 1092 Linden St.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a skillet and lamp stolen.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 1934 Longview Drive and 2719 Thomas Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1539 Grandview Lane.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Larry L. Learue, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Benjamin A. Burnett, 31, of Whitewater was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for an expired license plate.

* Michael L. Chambers, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield right of way when approaching an emergency vehicle and on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order and driving without a valid license.

* James R. Schoonover, 17, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Christopher T. Latka, 26, of Makanda, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for speeding.

* Jacob V. Vandeven, 28, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and assault.

* Duran J. Boyce, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for property damage.

* Kelly G. Overy, 22, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

* Gregory E. Criddle, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and driving without a valid license.
