DWI

* Kurtis Culver, 17, of 424 S. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with no headlights, not wearing a seat belt and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of charges for domestic assault.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of charges for possession of a controlled substance.

* Two suspects were taken into custody pending charges of stealing from Famous Barr at 3049 William St.

* Kay Reed, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Charles Adams, 19, of Spanish Lake, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Andrew Montgomery, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Otis Rutherford, 19, of 630 S. Benton St. was arrested on Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Mark Campbell, 33, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.

* David Douthit, 36, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts

* BP Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Second-degree robbery was reported in the 600 block of North Sprigg Street.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1425 Merriwether St.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* CPI Corp. reported the theft of a digital camera, telephoto lens and a camera AC adapter at 2102 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

Summonses

* Sherry Gibson of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for a red-light violation at Route K and Interstate 55.

* Constance Reed of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle at Broadway and Kingshighway.

* Joseph Powderly, 21, of 237 N. Ellis St. was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Adam Bova, 21, Derrick Stewart, 21, and Steven Shawhan, 22, all of 333 N. Ellis St., were issued summonses for a disorderly house.

* James Wallace, 24, of 719 Themis St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for littering.

* Jessica Canady, 292 Park Hills Drive, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without insurance.

* Marjorie Craft, 715 Robin Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield and driving with a suspended license.

Property damage

* Door glass was reported damaged at A Step At A Time day-care center at 1003 Perry Ave.

* A residence was spray painted at 1135 S. Pacific St.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A red bicycle was found in the 800 block of Pear Street.

* Four instances of interference with child custody were reported.

* A wallet was reported as lost at Broadway and Sprigg Street.

* Misrepresentation of age by a minor was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
