Arrests

* Jacqueline M. Nicholson, 36, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Alice M. DePree, 42, of 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau Municipal for failure to appear for stealing.

* Henry C. Brown, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for an ordinance violation.

Assaults

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on domestic assault.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St. Jeremy J. Spencer, 23, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Claire's Boutique, 173 West Park Mall, reportd earrings stolen. A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

* JP's Auto Sales, 401 S. Sprigg St., reported vehicle damage.

* Property damage and peace disturbance were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A dog bite was reported at 2123 Good Hope St.

* A purse was reported lost at 3439 William St.
