The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Heather M. Cline, 19, 1022 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with a report of a theft from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

James B. Headrick, 46, 492 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and driving under revocation.

Hassan I. Abukhudeir, 20, 1600 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault, and two warrants from Cape Girardeau County for failure to appear for burglary.

Theft

Clothing and towels were reported stolen from 1412 Lexington Ave.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart No. 7, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

A credit card was reported stolen and its unauthorized use was reported at 515 Themis St.

A CD player and speakers were reported stolen and a vehicle dashboard damaged at 1600 New Madrid St.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen from 232 Shirley St.

Tools and clothing were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged at 3303 Campster Drive.

Cigarettes were reported stolen from Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St.

Two people reported the theft of cash at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Burglary

Someone entered the Culligan Water Conditioning office at 225 N. Clark St. and took a boombox and cell phone.

A vehicle was reported damaged at Perryville and Pemiscot streets.

Miscellaneous

A Missouri license plate, 956 TNR, was found at 604 Broadway.

A Missouri license plate, 592-WPC, was reported lost somewhere in the city.

A Missouri license plate, 301-RYP, was reported lost at College Hill near Pacific Street.

A red 1991 Chevrolet truck was towed from 628 Sycamore St.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Christina O Yarbro, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Jeffrey Sides, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Casey M. Enderle, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving under revocation.

Jacob J. Rocha, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for being a parole absconder on original charges of burglary and stealing.

Department of Public Safety

The following items were released Wednesday by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

A car manual and miscellaneous items were reported stolen in Area 19.

A laptop and PlayStation were reported stolen from New Hall.
