DWI

* Timothy S. Hunter, 45, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving with a revoked liscense and failure to provide insurance.

Arrests

* Norman D. Bennett, 37, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.

* Kevin Keith Bevell, 18, of 317 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended licence.

* Joshua Ray Myers, 25, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.

Summonses

* Andrew Paul Kinnison, 20, of 506 North St., was given a summons for exhibition driving.

* John Taylor Shetley, 20, of 1852 Dixie Blvd., was given a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Carolyn M. Holzum, 21, and Meghan C. Diederich, 22, both of 1710 N. Sprigg St., were given summonses for a disorderly house.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 614 Boxwood Drive. A Compaq laptop computer, an XBox game system and a Motorola cellular telephone were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 337 N. Ellis St.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 446 S. Kingshighway.

* A pontoon trailer was reported stolen at 2342 Rusmar St.

* Cash was reported stolen from a vehicle.

* Cash was reported stolen at 2839 Whitener St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 2857 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 807 Ranney Ave.

* A .22-caliber revolver was found at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
