The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Clarence C. Dockery, 79, 1964 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Matthew D. Klund, 18, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of failure to pay fines.
* Donald W. Penrose, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing tennis shoes from Kohl's at 315 Shirley Drive.
* Mingel M. Martinez, no age given, 2126 Peartree Court, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court and driving without a license.
* Laura L. Holloway, 40, 722 Jefferson Ave, was arrested for failing to appear in court.
Summons
* Kenneth E. Story, 74, 135 Kensington, was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of litter and trash.
Assaults
* An assault of a Sikeston, Mo., man was reported at the 900 block of Normal Avenue.
* Domestic assault and stealing were reported at Henderson Avenue and Bertling Street.
* Domestic assault was reported at the 100 block of South Park Avenue.
Thefts
* Amerimart No. 5, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen.
* A Belleville, Ill., woman reported her purse stolen at 111 N. Kingshighway.
* A purse was reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A vehicle hood was reported damaged at Watkins Drive and Pacific Street.
* Mailboxes were reported damaged at 1200 N. Cape Rock Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A 19-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A boy's red bike was found at 209 Broadway.
* A report of interference with child custody was made at 1810 N. Main St.
* Knuckles with knife were found at the 600 block of Boxwood Drive.
* A man was taken into protective custody in the 1000 block of South Benton Street.
* A man was taken into protective custody in the 1600 block of New Madrid Street.
* Peace disturance was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 118.
