Arrests

Mikell Dwayne Abraham, 27, 144 Lorimier St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation and possession of a controlled substance.

Jason Philip Schumer, 27, 211 East South St., Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kris Donald Boettcher, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 22, was arrested on a warrant.

Terry Gilbert Pritchett, 20, 1849 Madison County Road 212, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Shauna L. Howell, 19, 1424 William St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Christopher A. Hobaugh, 21, 3418 Highway 67, Coldwater, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for a seatbelt violation and on a city warrant for failure to appear on an earlier warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

Kristen Marie Mack, 19, 912 North 1000 Towers, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for possession of a false or altered driver's license.

Michael James Holborow, 22, 1216 Broadway, was issued a summons for stealing.

Thefts

A lunchbox and CDs were reported stolen from 703 S. Sprigg St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Rd.

Property Damage

A tire was reported damaged at 12 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

Two boys, ages 12 and 13, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance by fighting.

A black 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, Texas license X14 PNY, was towed from 44 S. Frederick St.

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Timothy Biggerstaff, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and property damage.

Arrests

Larry T. Johnston, 58 of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear on various traffic offenses.

Petchala A. Myrick, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for supplying liquor to a minor.

Andrea M. Snelson, 22, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check.

Tabitha A. Rainey, 30, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving while intoxicated and driving on a revoked license.

Jackie L. Southern, 56, of Delta, Mo., was arrested on a Calhoun County warrant for non-support.
