* Felix Martinez-Gonzalez, 31, of the 2800 block of Themis Street, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no operator's license and no insurance.
Arrests
* Erinn M. Steinbeck, 26, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.
* Barbara A. Jones, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for passing bad checks.
* Johnny L. Ivory, 52, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Gary B. Polivick, 48, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
* Kevin K. Bevell Jr., 19, of 717 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to yield, revoked operator's license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Raymond M. Martin, 43, of 2218 Good Hope St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failures to pay fines for no operator's license and driving while suspended.
Summonses
* Christopher S. Brooks, 44, of an unknown address, and Brandy M. Warren, 27, of 1101 Bloomfield St., received summonses for trespassing.
Assaults
* Two assaults were reported.
* Two domestic assaults were reported.
* A domestic assault and property damage were reported.
Thefts
* Regions Bank, 407 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft and fraudulent use of a debit device.
* A purse was reported stolen at 102 Siemers Drive.
* Huck's 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of alcohol.
* Phone service was reported stolen at 1332 N. Spanish St.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a stolen traffic control sign at Water and Independence streets. Daniel J. Dolan, 23, of Fenton, Mo., and Chad W. Galloway, 21, of Amory, Miss., received summonses in connection with the complaint.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 55 N. Pacific St.
* A radar detector was reported stolen and a console lid damaged at 3102 Lexington Ave.
Burglaries
* A burglary and the theft of golf clubs and bags were reported at 2312 Palomino Drive.
* A burglary was reported at 67 Edgewood Road.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken at 2206 Earleen Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Two 12-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance by fighting.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for sexual misconduct.
* Harassment was reported.
* Child neglect was reported.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Tampering with a witness was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A dog bite was reported at 3036 Bernice St.
