* Brandon D. Glenn, 27, of 1713 Melissa Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Christina M. Brant, 25, of 366 Country Club Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, obstructing traffic and no seat belt.

Arrests

* Terry Phillips, 49, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a revoked license.

* Garmeisha D. Terry, 20, was arrested on a Jefferson City, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* Roy L. Jones, of 1505 Stoddard St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident, for assault, for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Tellis L. Wilderness, 29, of 409 S. Shawnee Ave., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for seat belt violation.

* Kevin L. Kielhofner, 22, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for no license.

* James A. West, 25, of 801 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Andrew D. Abraham, 19, of Wildwood, Mo., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* Missouri Pharmacy Association reported a Dell laptop and case stolen and a rear passenger window broken at 104 Vantage Drive.

* A .380 Beretta handgun was reported stolen and a driver's window broken at 104 Vantage Drive.

* Binoculars, a calculator and a cell phone were reported stolen and a passenger side window damaged at 104 Vantage Drive.

* A black purse was reported stolen and was later recovered at 503 E. Rodney Drive.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported DVDs stolen. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

* Petco, 266 Siemers Drive, reported items stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* First-degree armed robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing, shoes and jewelry stolen. Matthew J. James, 18, of 322 Estate Drive Apt. 138, and Lynda E. May, 17, of 415 S. Sprigg St., were arrested in connection with the complaint. A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A carry case and sterling silver medals were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 3248 William St.

* Jewelry was reported taken and a vehicle window broken at 3248 William St.

* The Missouri Army National Guard reported a front passenger window damaged at 3253 William St.

* Hertz reported a front driver's window damaged at 103 Cape West Parkway.

* P.V. Holding Corp. reported a front driver's window damaged at 3253 William St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 211 St. Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A green Southeast Missouri Bank bag, check and cash was reported lost.

* A key was reported lost at 1923 W. Weisinger Lane.

* Bank of America, 800 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* Jason W. Biri, 22, of 414 N. Georgia St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Corey M. Bullard, 28, of 312 N. Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South Russell Street.

Miscellaneous

* Property was reported found in the 600 block of Highland Drive.

* Child abuse was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department

Arrests

* Randy E. Wilson, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Topeka, Kan., warrant for parole violation.

* Kevin L. Cooper, 47, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Samuel I. King, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing a motor vehicle, stealing and property damage.

* Misty M. Campbell, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Brian K. Reid, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for burglary and stealing.

Summons

* Mitchell B. Dozier, 24, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
