DWIs
* Luis Fernando Licon-Auila, 38, 13345 Wedgewood Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Nicole Marie Guth, 25, 1729 New Madrid Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Gabriel Diaz Julian, 35, 414 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* David Lee Hunt, 22, 6 Village Drive, No. 10, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Charles Lee Snyder, 20, 957 W. Independence St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Kimberly Melinda Cahill, 17, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested and two juvenile girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing clothing from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* Andre Westbrook, 35, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing four cartons of cigarettes at Discount Smoke Shop, 340 S. Sprigg St.
Summonses
* Helen I. Stilley, of Olive Branch, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
* Nicholas V. Donley, 801 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Pamela C. Hicks, 37, 2323 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for stealing.
* Tyronica A. Keys, of St. Louis, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.
Assault
* Domestic assault and an ex parte violation were reported.
* Assault was reported at Sprigg Street and Highway 74.
Theft
* A Nintendo Game Cube was reported stolen at 12 N. Pind Wood Lane.
* A Missouri license plate, XEW-159, was reported stolen.
* A goat was reported stolen at 1146 N. Frederick St.
* A stereo and a CD were reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Jewelry and money were reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at Big Lots, 210 S. Silver Springs Road; Best Buy, 3026 William St.; Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.; Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.; Finish Line, 225 West Park Mall; and The Electronics Boutique, 139 West Park Mall.
* Missouri license plate renewal tabs were reported stolen.
* A purse was reported stolen at 316 S. Plaza Way.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A steel door was reported damaged at 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* A door on a vehicle was reported dented at 2021 Perryville Road.
Miscellaneous
* A Missouri license plate, 466-GYY, was recovered at Maple and Pacific streets.
* Endangering the welfare of a child and possession of stolen property were reported at Maple and Pacific streets.
* A false report was reported at 632 Broadway.
* A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A 36-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
