DWI
* Joseph S. Pettit, 35, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests
* Xavier J. Norwood, 22, of 1201 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for drug trafficking.
* Raymond A. Parris, 34, of 13 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a court order.
* Lattie A. Clark, 46, of 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for sale of a controlled substance.
Assaults
* An assault, theft and property damage were reported.
Thefts
* Identity theft was reported.
* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A trailer was reported stolen at 1421 S. West End Blvd.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
Miscellaneous
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Cleston J. Griffin, 36, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Christopher A. Walley, 24, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
* Robert D. Weber, 61, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for animal abuse.
