The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Matthew Francis Seeler, 21, 704 Elmwood St., St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Charles Eric Ross, 29, 620 Boxwood, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Michael Eugene Weaver, 32, 704 Country Lane, Jackson, was arrested on two city warrants for contempt of court, and on two Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to appear and failure to register his vehicle.
Theft
Theft was reported at 823 S. Kingshighway.
Theft was reported at 224 N. Park Ave., Apt. B.
Theft and property damage were reported at 1146 N. Sprigg St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.
A Missouri license plate, 579-XSX, was reported stolen at 224 N. Park Ave.
Aluminum cans were reported stolen from 915 Ranney St.
An Illinois license plate, 43652B, was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Independence Street.
A green Huffy dirt bike was reported stolen at 2502 S. Melrose St.
License plate renewal tabs were reported stolen in the city.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road.
Miscellaneous
A black wallet and checkbook were reported found in the 3000 block of Gordonville Road.
Miscellaneous items were reported found in the 500 block of Broadway.
John's Pharmacy, 2001 Independence St., reported receiving a bad check.
Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a forged check.
