The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Nathan S. Hill, 26, of 45 Holly Circle, Jackson, received a summons for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, improper registration, no insurance and careless and imprudent driving.
* Eric Aide, 23, of 3216 Lakewood Drive, received a summons for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, improper license and no seat belt.
Arrests
* Dale Baker, 47, of 339 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Lawrence County warrant for failure to appear.
* Jamirraha Ward, 27, of 622 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary, stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device.
Summonses
* Carol L. McCain, 40, of 502 S. Hanover St., received a summons for driving while revoked and receiving stolen property.
* James E. Curry, 52, of 303 S. Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts including a loud car stereo, walking in the street where there is a sidewalk provided and yelling.
* Christopher L. Speakman, 21, of Scott City received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* California Homes, 2131 William St., reported theft of a sign.
* Cash and a Sony PlayStation were reported stolen at 200 S. Spanish St.
* A theft was reported at 2606 Gardenia Lane.
Property damage
* A vehicle hood was reported scratched at 1621 Independence St.
* A doorknob and doorjamb were reported damaged at 233 N. Middle St.
* Trespassing and property damage were reported at 220 N. Lorimier St.
* Property damage was reported at 233 N. Ellis St.
* Property damage was reported at 724 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* A minor in possession of alcohol was reported.
