The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Derek Joseph Radetic, 19, of 1554 Revlon Drive, received a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Aaron Jackie Robinson, 46, of 612 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* A suspect was placed in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest.

* A suspect was placed in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest.

* Samuel Cornelius Taylor, 26, of 507 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 10, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked and a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* David Ray Douthit, 35, of 4062 Flad St., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges for false declaration, driving while suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.

* Sarah Ashley McGee, 18, of 8 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on Cape Girardeau city and county warrants for bad checks.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for assault in the 2500 block of Leroy.

* Charles Woodrow Rhymer II, 23, of 635 Charles St., received a summons for a noise violation.

* Cory James Peck, 23, of 3409 Pawnee Place, Sioux City, Iowa, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 1800 block of Good Hope Street.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen at BP D-mart, 3276 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken and tools and a stereo stolen from 255 S. Plazaway.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 520 Albert St.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering with a witness was reported in the 600 block of Locust Street.

* Forgery was reported at Healing Arts Gift Shop, 3250 Gordonville Road.

* Harassment by phone was reported in the 2800 block of Whitener St.

* Stalking was reported in the 2600 block of Maria Louise Lane.
