* Jared Wayne Gibbar, 25, 1705 Northwoods Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Joey Stewart Seabaugh, 33, 419 Franklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Cecil Hardi Quinn, 18, no permanent address, was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, contempt of court for striking a parked vehicle and contempt of court for no driver's license.

* Ramon Monro Taylor, 26, 1500 Hill St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Brian Kenneth Tollison, 35, 1770 Berling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Tyrone Deberry, 25, 903 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for driving on a revoked license.

* Emmanuel Tramez Ware, 25, 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* James Lavelle Gray, 35, 2324 Palm St., St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension and running a stop sign.

* Katie Marie Dunlap, 19, 315 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Ian A. Phillips, 19, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a warrant.

* Michael C. Adams, 23, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle was arrested on suspicion of speeding, driving under revocation, no insurance and no seat belt.

* Richard D. White, 20, 21 S. Henderson St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing traffic.

* Clark J. Ridenour, 43, 5821 Lee Road, Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* Michael Joseph Flynn, 20, 1600 Whitener St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Kyra Camille Joiner, 20, 3728 Secretarial St., Florissant, Mo., was issued a summons for property damage.

Thefts

* Cigarettes were reported stolen from Smokers Outlet Inc., 2116 William St.

* Mail was reported stolen from 224 N. Park St.

* A wallet and its contents were reported found at 449 S. Kingshighway.

* House of Brides, 238 N. Pacific St., reported receiving a bad check.

* A red 1992 Ford Ranger, Missouri license 3E73, was reported abandoned at 1210 Meadowbrook Drive.

* A burglary and assault were reported at 333 N. Pacific St.

* Daniel H. Gordon, 41, 407 East Lane, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for parole violation.

* Anthony M. Edwards, 18, 433 W. Adams St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of stealing.

* James W. Maloney, 33, 1643 County Road 335, was arrested on a federal warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* Chadwick L. Fulton, 29, 402 E. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy and child molestation.

* Dustin Williams, 23, 19023 Route M, Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for misdemeanor stealing and theft.

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
