DWI

* Kevin Michael Cox, 23, 211 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Melissa Cathrine Welker, 34, 1141 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Morgan County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Aaron John Hughes, 26, 5207 Daggett St., Apt. 2-N, St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Louis city warrant for driving on a revoked license.

* Adrian McKinsley Brown, 21, no permanent address, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and probation violation.

* Michael John Edmundson, 30, 210 Smith St., Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear to pay fines for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Jackee M. Nicholson, 35, 200 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for animal neglect and failure to display a city animal license.

Theft

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* Cigarettes were reported stolen from Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St.

* A hunting bow, arrows and quiver were reported stolen from 758 Enterprise St.

Property Damage

* A driveway was reported spray painted at 2564 Saddlegate Court.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at William St. and West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported receiving bad checks.

* A white 1997 Mercury, Missouri license plate 366-TCW, was reported towed from Interstate 55 at the 93-mile marker.

* A 24-year-old woman reportedly walked away from a mental health facility and was later found.

* A black 1993 Chevrolet Silverado SUV, Missouri license plate 980-ATI, was towed from 916 N. Fountain St.

* A blue Chevrolet was reported abandoned at 528 Cape Meadows Circle.

* A brown 1988 Chevrolet Astro was reported abandoned at Interstate 55 and North Kingshighway.

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jessica E. Haback, 18, 1319 Woodland Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks. She was also issued a summons by Jackson Police for expired license plates.

* Danielle N. Pettigrew, 18, 813 Amanda St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Dale L. Koehler, 36, 392 Estate Drive, Apt. 113, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for theft.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for receiving stolen property.

Theft

* Batteries were reported stolen from Country Mart, 309 E. Jackson Blvd.

* A Jackson school letter jacket was reported stolen from the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* A cell phone was reported stolen from the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Theft of a sign and damage to a sign post were reported in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Basic Fuel at 2927 E. Jackson Blvd.

* Two skateboards were reported stolen from the 500 block of West Main Street.

Burglary

* Burglary and property damage were reported in the 300 block of Whetstone Drive.

Property Damage

* Four mailboxes were reported damaged in the 100 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A purse was reported found in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
