The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kyle Andrew Foutch, 17, 230 G St., H116, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute an illegal substance.
* Donald Kent Robinson, 24, 719 William St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute an illegal substance.
* Santon Matthew Rollins, 19, 170 E St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute an illegal substance.
* Tonya Landon McKee, 25, 6 Village Drive, No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of an order of protection.
* Kitrell Sebastian Fields, 39, 422 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.
* A 16-year-old girl was referred to juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing from Spencer Gifts, 103 West Park Mall.
Summons
* Matthew James Zeiss, 26, of St. Louis, was issued a summons for exhibition driving, driving while intoxicated, unlicensed vehicle and no proof of insurance.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of North Spanish Street.
Thefts
* A guitar was reported stolen in the 900 block of North Kingshighway.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.
* Tools were reported stolen at 231 Mill St.
* Beanie Babies and DVDs were reported stolen at 233 Mill St.
* A flag, flagpole and bird feeder were reported stolen at 241 N. Fountain St.
* Clothing was reported stolen at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
Miscellaneous
* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 2913 Independence St.
* Interference with child custody was reported in the 800 block of North Missouri Avenue.
* A leash law violation was reported in the 200 block of South Lorimier Street.
