DWIs

* Joshua Scott Kilgore, 22, 430 S. Sheridan Drive, Building 8, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* David C. Metzger, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, Apt. 807, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* Michael Jess McLeary, 21, 828 W. Tropf St., Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to distribute.

* Kevin Michael Steward, 25, 1208 Big Bend Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Terrvell Kristopher Williams, 19, 140 S. Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of an intoxicant by a minor.

* James Willard Knapp, 55, 227 W. Whitewater, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Richard Steven Wren, 22, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 17, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Mary A. Mansfield, 42, 1747 New Madrid St., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for traffic offenses.

* Geomarrio Montez Henderson, 23, 1081 Emerald Drive, Aurora, Ill., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

* Carl A. Lucious, 20, 1012 West End Blvd., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for traffic offenses.

* Joshua K. Estes, 21, Box 682, Marble Hill Mo., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for failure to pay fines for littering.

Theft

* A wristwatch and volt meter were reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A Missouri license plate, 081-TCCP, was reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* A license plate was picked up at 839 Morgan Oak St., due to an insufficient funds check.

* A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 1012 N. West End Blvd.

* Sunglasses and a binder with paperwork were reported stolen from 805 Albert St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Cash Only, 2101 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 3109 Themis St.

Arrests

* Sabrina M. Warner, 21, 1305 S. Farmington St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* James L. Roper, 36, 122 Fourth St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault, and a Sikeston municipal warrant for contempt of court on a charge of driving while his license was revoked.

* Shannon L. Rhodes, 21, 533 County Road 325, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked license and speeding.

* Allen E. Barr, 44, 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson was arrested on a Chaffee city warrant for probation violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

* A 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for truancy.

Property damage

* Washing machines and pipes were reported damaged in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Vehicle paint was reported damaged in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.

Theft

* A license plate was reported stolen or lost in the 500 block of Harrison Drive.
