The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles K. Brock, 30, 516 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 42, was arrested on a warrant from Sebastian County, Ark., for petition to revoke charge of overdraft.

* Michael L. Gockel, 34, 1201 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Melinda E. Higgins, 34, 1714 Oak Hills Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for forgery and stealing.

* Corrine E. Mack, 33, 104 School St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.

* Derek S. Miller, 19, 403 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Herman Jamaal Gardner, 25, 522 S. Sprigg St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation and possession of marijuana.

* Charles Lee Snyder, 19, 819 Dorothy St., Jackson, was arrested on warrants.

* Andrail Willean Henry, 28, 411 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for insufficient funds.

Thefts

* Car ramps, a luggage cart and a motorcycle cover were reported stolen at 724 Themis St.

* Checks were reported stolen from 1424 William St.

* Liquor was reported stolen from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Liquor was reported stolen from 230 N. Ellis St.

* A pair of pit bulls was reported stolen from 1302 Big Bend Road.

* Fifteen gallons of gasoline were reported stolen at 1222 S. Pacific St.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 335 S. Kingshighway.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jared Cisco, 27, 121 E. Rodney St., Apt. B1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of passing bad checks.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of third-degree assault and peace disturbance.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of Parkview Street.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Aaron Wade McNeely, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Daniel L. Moore, 18, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Andrew J. O'Neal, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Cory Seabaugh, 18, of Jackson was issued summonses for suspicion of property damage and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Cory G. Ruch, 18, of Millersville was issued summonses for suspicion of property damage and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Kyle M. Turnbough, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for property damage, possession of liquor by a minor and careless and imprudent driving.
