Arrests

  • Kenean Lamont Blackmon, 18, 306 Heath St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a probation and parole violation warrant.
  • Conkeesta Quinntrice Johnson, 24, 411 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.
  • Shannon Marie Adams, 28, 45 Holly Circle, Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for attempted escape from custody.
  • Kevin R. Craft, 19, 229 S. Bast St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.
  • Teneshia S. Smith, 22, 203 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for assault.
  • Reggie Earl Kindle, 26, 1005 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
  • Spencer Glen Bass, 45, 1112 Harmony St., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for fraud.

Summonses

  • Anthony R. Bell, 24, 403 S. Hanover St., received a summons for prohibited acts/no proof of insurance.
  • Emily J. Aufdenberg, 32, 143 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons for stealing.
  • Elizabeth Ann Schmucker, 55, 905 N. Missouri Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
  • Jessica A. Bohnert, 27, 1853 New Madrid St., was issued a summons for posting notice/sign on public utility pole.
