Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Thomas C. Lowder, 59, of Bracey, Va., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and making an improper turn.

* Percy Parrow, 50, 445 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Joshua A. Locke, 24, 1504 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for trespassing and false declaration.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Summonses

* Julia B. Ewing, 26, 234 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 12, was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* Curtis J. Robinson, 55, of Jonesboro, Ark., was issued a summons for property damage.

* Mary A. Gonzalez, 46, 1219 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

Theft

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 816 Good Hope St.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 608 North Ave. Jewelry and money were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 805 S. Ellis St. An Xbox and television were reported stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a computer stolen at 1969 Delwin St., Apt. 6.

* A television and wall were reported damage at 408 Bellevue St.

Miscellaneous

* An assist other agency was reported.

* A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* William D. Lewis, 53, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Lance A. Pry, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Robert D. Salvatore, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Lisa E. Pinkerton, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Joshua W. Boswell, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right half of the roadway, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Amy C. Cairns, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Richard L. Jaco, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* Cameron K. Moore, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of tampering and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Emilee N. Capone, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Marco A. Dominguez, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Joshua W. Gills, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Samantha A. Wildt, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Charles E. Wilson, 24, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Deshone S. Bailey, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Jessica R. Davis, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for larceny.

* Stephen A. Oliver, 19, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Christopher B. Beans, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving and driving while revoked.

* John W. Tracy, 59, of Friedheim was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear for violation of zoning regulations.
