  • Darin L. Lefler, 36, 124 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

  • Shaun J. Cole, 30, 2826 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault.
  • Dantrail S. Tipler, 20, 503 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery, armed criminal action, a Scott County warrant for tampering, leaving the scene, and resisting arrest and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear.
  • Guillermo J. Sebastian, 29, 103 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 203, was arrested on suspicion of endangering child welfare and domestic assault.
  • A 13-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault on school property.
  • Eric L. Frymire, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault.
  • Anthony M. Brown, 24, 1110 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.
  • Joshua P. Guyton, 25, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Jeremy M. Garner, 25, 308 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 309, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Candy A. Seaworth, 27, 917 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, no insurance, failure to obey stop sign and failure to signal.
  • Jerry W. Arnold, 43, 843 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no insurance.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation, being a minor in possession of alcohol and park curfew violation.
  • A subject was in custody pending charges of speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
  • A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault and being beyond parental control.
  • A subject was in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
  • Newton C. Conley III, 21, of 1318 N. Sprigg St., Apt. F1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operators license.

  • Brenda L. Brown, 40, 1103 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for assault.

  • David A. Hoffman, 18, 1013 Elm St., was issued a summons for violating park curfew and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • Andrew S. Rhodes, 21, 220 S. Pearl St.; Kasey M. Hoffman, 18, 804 S. Ellis St.; Jennifer M. Bevell, 21, 317 N. Ellis St; and Bobby L. Cantrell, 1451 Luce St., were issued summonses for park curfew violation.
  • Michael D. Smith, 52, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 104, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.

  • Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • BP Mart, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A purse and money were reported stolen at 803 S Ellis St.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of DVDs. Shea D. Johnson, 20, 1813 Longview Drive, was arrested in connection with the incident.

Property damage

  • A turn signal and rear door on vehicle door were reported damaged at 918 William St.
