DWI Gabriel Alvarado, 24, of 233 N. Ellis, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license.

Arrests Clintrus M. Clark, 23, of 906 S. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of no operator's license, expired license and resisting arrest.

William C. Foote, 26, of 628 Sycamore Circle, No. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Terri R. Stucker, 20, of 526 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on Butler County warrants for passing bad checks.

Thefts A maroon 21-speed mountain bicycle was reported stolen Sunday at 701 Watkins.

A revolver firearm was reported stolen Sunday by Brown's Guns & Ammo at the Show Me Center at Southeast Missouri State University.

Burglary A DVD player and television were reported stolen Sunday in a burglary at 228 Merriwether.

Assorted gold necklaces were reported stolen Sunday in a burglary at Moneytime Pawn at 1901 Independence.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday in a burglary at 46 N. Henderson.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged at 2838 Whitener.

A window was reported broken by Garber's at 2110 William.
