The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Antra M. Jackson, 49, 117 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, resisting arrest and assault on law enforcement officer.

* Eve E. Andrews, 43, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jason P. Dollar, 28, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Edward R. Bryan Jr., 27, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and cost for property damage and resisting arrest.

* Deandra Betts, 19, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A 15-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Nicole R. Headspeth, 19, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Adam D. Cromer, 18, 603 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on a probation warrant.

* Joshua J. Smith, 21, 2040 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding and possession of marijuana.

* A subject was arrested pending charges for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

* Dean G. Huffman, 62, 1330 Holly St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Thefts

* Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Kevin D. Daniel, 32, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 439 Themis St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 2524 S. Sprigg St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel. Michael D. Smith, 53, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 12, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

Miscellaneous

* A 40-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Melissa A. Lane, 23, 1611 Rosebud Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

Arrests

* Justin W. Gaspard, 18, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Lloyd E. Davenport, 18, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Logan Clark, 18, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Richard J. Payne, 48, 1504 Jennifer Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
