DWIs

* Bradley M. Simmons, 29, 1314 Brookshire Road, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* James M. Puckett, age not given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Brian L. Gay, 26, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation violation for driving while revoked and failure to appear for financial responsibility requirements.

* Cynthia L. Koerner, 27, 198 Willow Heights, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Tracy Y. Goodes, 39, 1915 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for revoked operator's license.

* Melinda M. Fowler, age not given, 230 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Brandon C. Fish, age not given, 448 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summons

* Cory J. Nadler, 20, of O'Fallon, Mo., received a summons for misrepresentation of age.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported at Sprigg and Maple streets.

Burglary

* A door was reported damaged in a break-in at 1743 Rampart St.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 2808 Themis St.

* A GPS unit, a charger, a PDA and headphones were reported stolen at 1749 Themis St.

* Rogers Jewelers, 3049 William St., reported a theft of a diamond ring.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1448 N. Kingshighway.

* Identity theft was reported at 1614 Madison St.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A vehicle window was broken and paperwork, keys, perfume and a purse were reported stolen at 701 N. Main St.

* A vehicle window was broken and cameras, money, perfume, purses and wallets were stolen at 701 N. Main St.

* Clothing was reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A juvenile was taken into custody and two adults were in custody pending formal charges.

Jackson

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Soliciting was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

* Trespassing was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.

* A weapon violation was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* A liquor violation was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Carrie A. Smith, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Joseph E. Generaux, 20, of Brownwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* David T. Hahs, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Gary W. Matlock, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Haley N. Robinson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Emily C. Sutton, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Mark F. Johnson, 52, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
