DWI

  • Elizabeth L. Peters, 31, 3114 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Justin W. Kaufman, 27, 1817 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Two female juveniles were cited for trespassing, fighting and peace disturbance.
  • Carl E. Walton, 32, 1200 Cousin St., arrested on a St. Charles County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
  • Angela L. Snider, 27, 1415 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Billie J. Hamm, 32, no address, was arrested on a parole violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and false declaration.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of driving while revoked and improper registration.
  • A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self and others.

Thefts

  • Jewelry was reported stolen at 1612 Bessie St.
  • Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of tools.
  • Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

  • A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

  • A disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
