Arrests; Thefts

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Terrance C. Bradley, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear for stealing and false declaration.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and driving while revoked.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and no valid license.
  • Brian J. McCutchen, 17, 1817 Greenbriar Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Steve R. Quinn, 34, of Scott City, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Clemmie L. Lane, 36, 3018 Mimosa St., Apt 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for conspiracy to commit robbery.
  • Timothy C. Owens, 32, 123 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Alexander S. Harris, 18, 1204 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.
  • A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
  • Billy R. Smith, 53, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to return to confinement.
  • Matthew R. Sanders, 22, 1324 Victoria St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
  • Brandee R. Young, 27, 1512 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for fraud/insufficient funds and probation and parole warrant for absconder.
  • Sharon Hill-Clark, 33, 109 Centennial Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for identity theft.
  • Scott H. Quertermous, 37, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a probation and parole violation for dangerous drugs.
  • Darcell C. Moore, 20, 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Beverly D. Haley, 26, 321 S. Ellis St., was arrested for escape from confinement.

Thefts

  • A theft of a shoulder bag was reported at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
  • Ameri-Mart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of a wallet was reported at 336 N. Lorimier St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for theft.
  • A theft was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Cherry Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A liquor violation was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A blue and black Roadmaster bicycle was found.
