The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Terry Dewayne Wake, 32, 101 S. Dixon, Springfield, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.

David Troy Dagley, 37, 508 E. Main St., Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for stealing, on a Stoddard County warrant for stealing and probation violation, and on a probation and parole warrant for being a probation absconder.

Corrine Eva Mack, 33, 741 W. Kathleen, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for stealing.

Matthew D. Martin, 26, 2003 Concord Place, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply.

Summonses

Jenice Ellen Buckner, 37, 1923 Roth Drive, Scott City, was issued a summons for assault.

James Leonard Musidonski, 22, 803 Themis St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for having an open container of alcohol in pubic.

Thefts

A boy's black and white bicycle was reported stolen from 337 S. Sprigg St.

A dog kennel and doghouse were reported stolen from 333 N. Middle St.

A concrete lion was reported stolen from 217 N. Henderson Ave.

A window was reported broken and food and clothing taken from 916 College St.

Sunglasses and a checkbook were reported stolen from 1718 Good Hope St.

Checks were reported stolen from 1958 Grandview St.

A CD player, headphones, school supplies, clothing and currency were reported stolen from 205 Caruthers St.

A metal sign was reported stolen from The Accuracy Shop, South Kingshighway and Gerhardt Street.

Property Damage

A vehicle window was reported broken at 535 Asher St.

Construction equipment was reported damaged at 2935 Lynwood St.

A lamp was damaged at 809 N. Park St.

A vehicle window was reported broken at 1901 Independence St.

Miscellaneous

A 9-year-old girl, and two boys age 12 and 13 were cited into juvenile court for trespassing.

A tan Chevrolet was towed from 1577 Lexington St.

A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.

A briefcase and duffle bag were reported stolen from 1330 West Hill St.

A red Ford Ranger truck, Missouri license 537 PL4, was reported abandoned at 40 N. Sprigg.

Currency was reported found at an undisclosed location.

A bicycle was reported found at 1723 Bloomfield Road.
