The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Michael L. Long, age not given, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Arrests

* Michael Steven Kuehn, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau and Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear.

* Steven J. Thomas, 29, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

* Sean P. Pedersen, 37, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of false declaration.

* Robert T. Alvarado, 36, 2802 Independence St. No. 9, was arrested on a warrant.

* Two suspects are in custody pending charges for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Marvin Dwayne Tucker, 31, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 43, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to return to confinement.

* Lloyd Bruce Hargens, 64, 611 S. West End Blvd., No. 205, was arrested for indecent exposure.

* Lisa Michelle Williams, 28, 126 S. Park St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Travis Lamont Curry, 24, 304 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* John L. McClellan Jr., 27, 1922 N. Kingshighway, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Justin Andrew Myers, 20, 1546 Saratoga St., received a summons for a noise violation.

* Kristina R. Morgan, age not given, of Jackson received a summons for not having proof of insurance.

* Andrea Beth Cotner, 34, 912 Perry Ave., received a summons for property damage.

* Naglasper L. McClinton, 27, 1132 N. Middle St., received a summons for peace disturbance.

Property damage

* A scratched vehicle was reported at Optimist and Spartech drives.

* Vehicle damage was reported at 623 S. Silver Springs Road.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1444 Independence St.

* Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported stolen gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

* Show-Me's, 1731 Independence St., reported stolen food.

* A 1998 Silver Grand Prix was reported stolen at 1413 William St.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 2802 Independence St.

* Tool chests and a lawnmower were reported stolen at 1101 S. Sprigg St.

* A damaged lock on a Pepsi machine and stolen money were reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* An attempted burglary was reported at 720 Themis St.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 51-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Stalking was reported.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Possession of marijuana was reported.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of protection order was reported.
