The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brujae L. Lane, 20, 2549 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Donta L. McClinton, 21, 926 William St., was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and property damage.

* Daniel D. McBrant, 29, 2506 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.

* A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of making a terrorist threat.

* A subject was in custody pending filling of formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Michael A. Fuller, 25, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* Crystal M. Hackworth, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Cape Bible Chapel, 2911 Kage Road, reported a burglary.

* A burglary was reported at 605 N. Spanish St. Clothes, a television, a VCR and a cell phone were reported stolen in the break-in.

* A burglary was reported at 1604 Scivally Drive. Money and firearms were reported stolen in the break-in.

Thefts

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of toys, a comforter and alcohol. Callie A. Martin, 38, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 35, and Lorrie L. Dodson, 53, 1134 S. Kingshighway, received summonses in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported two incidents of gasoline theft.

* A wallet was reported lost or stolen at 202 Siemers Drive.

* Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing. Crystal M. Hackworth, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 1124 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Table clothes, clothing and candle holders were reported stolen at 117 N. Frederick St.

* A statue was reported stolen at 710 Bellevue St.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of a child order of protection was reported.

* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported.
