The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jeremy M. Martin, 31, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of an ex parte violation of a false declaration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Justin L. Brandy, 25, 106 Donald St., Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for a probation violation and for failure to appear on a peace disturbance.

* Matthew R. Lowery, 48, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on an O'Fallon, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jonah R. Mouser, 29, 496 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Latoya N. Isaac, 24, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody for a peace disturbance.

* James C. Humphrey, 40, of Webb City, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

* Nykkya D. Dickson, 17, 913 Hickory St., received a summons for not having a required city animal license and a vicious animal.

* Scott F. McClanahan, 45, 611 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a fence and sign violation.

* Dee L. Goodin, 24, 204 Bellevue St., received a summons for an animal leash-law violation.

Thefts

* An iPod, camera and boxing gloves were reported stolen.

* Computers and a telephone were reported stolen at 1 Good Hope St.

* A credit card and cash were reported stolen at 2006 Lee Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle door handle was reported damaged at 1204 S. Pacific St.

* A vehicle's paint was reported scratched at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* A 33-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
