The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lance D. Sterling, 24, 545 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Two boys, 11 and 12 years old, were cited into juvenile court for fireworks violations.

* Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 43, of Godfrey, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of open container, a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing, and a warrant for probation violation.

* Eugene L. Dodds, 28, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 104, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Owen B. Pettit, 41, 728 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Garmisha D. Terry, 24, 313 N. Fountain St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Kirk S. Darnell, 33, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 56, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

Summonses

* John P. Salazar, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 611, was issued a summons for disorderly house.

Theft

* A keg was reported stolen at 413 N. West End Blvd.

* Mesh sports bags with cones and footballs were reported stolen at 1415 Themis St.

* A memory card was reported stolen at 831 S. Ranney Ave.

* Electronic goods were reported stolen at 2022 Brink Ave.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 701 N. Main St.

* Cigarettes, cash and CD player were reported stolen at 3020 Boutin Drive.

* A theft was reported at 909 Broadway.

Property damages

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 722 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Three incidents of harassment were reported.
