* Erin D. Deterding, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 407C, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.
* Brandon L. Moss, 31, 801 Good Hope St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and suspicion of domestic assault.
* Trevor T. Jones, 24, 611 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of violation of a full order of protection.
* Danny R. Rowley, 59, of Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a Vigo County, Ind., warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs and a Vanderburgh County, Ind., warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
* Vetress N. Dickson, 25, 1007 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Lindsay M. Heisner, 20, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 407D, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Albert W. Toombs, 31, 308 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 414, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as being beyond parental control.
* Clint S. Hopkins, 28, 6 Village Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Ryan T. Blair, 25, of Dexter, Mo., received a summons for trespassing.

* A burglary was reported at 317 N. Ellis St. Copper tubing, tile, an air compressor, a tool kit and tools were reported stolen in the break-in.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A CD player and CDs were reported stolen at 3039 William St.
* Two wallets were reported stolen at 224 N. Frederick St.
* Air conditioners were reported stolen at 1111 Giboney Ave.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 2102 William St.

* A theft of shoes was reported at 205 Caruthers Ave.
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
* Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol. Emily M. Schlegel, 20, 823 S. Benton St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
* Windows were reported broken and walls damaged at 916 College Hill Place.
* Kosmetic Kar Doctor, 2151 Bessie St., reported windows broken.
* An arson was reported.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 101 Park St.

* Property damage was reported at 107 N. Main St.

* A 35-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A fraudulent attempt to obtain prescription drugs was reported. A subject was released from custody pending issuance of a summons in connection with the complaint.

* Robbie J. Millsaps, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.
* Isaac W. Patwitz, 20, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.
* Joshua A. Canoy, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of burglary, peace disturbance, resisting/interfering with arrest and stealing.
