DWI

  • Charles D. Dobyns, 18, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to dim lights and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests

  • Tequila P. Pruitt, 23, 15 Village Drive, Apt. 31, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a curfew violation.
  • Jessica E. Lopez, 22, 1747 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Jason E. Lashley, 30, 1105 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Anthony N. Lucas, 22, 1241 Brenda Kay Court, Unit B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for revoked operator's license.

Summonses

  • Amanda L. Headrick, 18, 1323 Brenda Kay Court, Unit C, was issued a summons for noise control.
  • Joshua J. Powell, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 309, was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Steven M. Cooper, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, Apt. 204, was issued a summons for noise control.

Assault

  • An assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

  • Medication was reported stolen at Sprigg and Bertling streets.
  • Money was reported stolen at 722 Jefferson Ave.
  • Great Wall Buffet, 3254 William St., reported a theft of meals.
  • Jewelry was reported stolen at 901 S. Sprigg St.
  • A light blue 2004 Chrysler Sebring with Missouri plates 146-ZTM was reported stolen at 1 Arena Park.
  • Shell D Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Lowes Home Improvement, 3440 Lowes Drive, reported a theft of faucets and copper wire.
  • An air conditioner was reported stolen at 1704 Broadway.

Property damage

  • Vehicle damage was reported at Boxwood and Mimosa drives.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 613 Sycamore Circle.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 234 N. Lorimier St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 18 Doctors Park.

  • A theft was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

  • Paul A. Winebarger, 54, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Aimee M. Bates, 33, of Imboden, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Jonathon M. Gray, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to drive on right side of roadway.
