* William H. Colbert Jr., 33, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
* Kerry D. Dickinson, 22, 418 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 101, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for resisting arrest and interfering with arrest.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for false declaration and possession of a controlled substance.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for possession with intent to distribute.
* Cecilia M. Laake, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* David A. Hoffman, 18, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Christopher L. Bohannon, 25, 903 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
* Lanny D. Stewart, 34, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Dennis W. Rice, 47, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.
* Tanesha L. Ayers, 19, 723 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Dennis L. Ruffins, 23, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for possession of marijuana, and a Malden warrant for failure to appear.
* Randy K. Gilbert, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.
* Daniel C. Chatman, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violations.

* Jernandez J. Moore, 27, 1942 Rampart St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Rachel A. Kilgor, 38, 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 103, was issued a summons for littering.
* Gabryale Shawntrice Curry, 18, 1127 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
