The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Bridget D. Roden, 30, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Brandon A. Price, 25, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
* Maurice D. Carter, 29, 1115 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
* Keyth R. Dawson, 17, 515 North St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
* A subject was in protective custody pending formal charges of stealing food from Save A Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Willis L. Williams, 40, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for property damage.
* Linda L. Rogers, 42, 515 North St., was arrested on a probation violation.
* Tony D. Cox, 256 Gerald Court, was arrested on a Park Hills, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* James Raymond Crane, 22, 1531 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.
* William T. Harris, 31, 2819 Concord Drive, was arrested on a Jefferson City, Mo., warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.
* Nicholas Ray Wheeler, 29, of Haywood City, Mo., was arrested on a Henry County warrant for a probation violation.
* An ATV was reported stolen at 1752 Belleridge Pike.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.
* Medication was reported stolen.
* A bicycle tire pump was reported stolen at 1601 Bloomfield St.
* A TV was reported stolen at 1005 Maple St.
* Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist, 200 Broadway, reported glass broken.
* KidStop, 2136 William St., reported cable line broken.
* A vehicle's paint was reported scratched at 2631 Jan Drive.
* A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 32-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A protection order was reported violated.
* A probation violation was reported.
