n Gerald L. Taylor, 62, 318 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to comply with ignition interlock and unlicensed vehicle.

Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
  • Lucas T. Neal, 20, 2217 Kent Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Marcoleon A. Hill, 22, 256 S. Benton St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Daniel A. Kuehne, 46, of Garland, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Shanta K. Bell, 23, 1115 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to others.
  • Toi B. Lee, 18, 117 N. Clark St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Bobby J. Hastings, 19, 537 N. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of illegal possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Lamecha R. Abraham, 29, 1835 Lacey St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks and contempt of court for failure to pay fine for child restraint.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing and false report.
  • Tyler B. Mangus, 22, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Scotty G. Barhan, 26, 620 Boxwood St., Apt. C, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fine and cost for no operator's license, no seat belt and no motor vehicle financial responsibility requirements.

  • A wallet was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
  • Coins and CDs were reported stolen at 1421 N. West End Blvd.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 1439 Whitener St.

  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 1669 Westwood Drive.

Property damage

  • Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kings¿highway, reported damage to drywall.
  • Vehicle damage was reported at 3049 William st.
  • Siding was reported at 802 N. Spanish St.
  • Reflections Styling Studio, reported a window broken at 715 Broadway.
  • A 35-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
