The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jennifer A. Rickard, 24, 334 S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* Jeremiah R. Twiggs, 26, 116 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* Aundra D. Wren, 24, 608 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, expired license plates and driving on the wrong side of the road.

* Mikel D. Robinson, 21, 510 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for peace disturbance.

* Keith A. Ticer, 21, of Piedmont Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a seat-belt violation.

* A 15-year-old girl and two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and attempting to purchase or possess cigarettes or tobacco products.

* Taledia A. Banks, 31, 2810 Independence St. Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay a sewer bill.

Summons

* James D. Noland, 48, 234 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for littering on private property.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a mobile DVD system and DVD player stolen. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing. Robert T.R. King, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kings-highway, reported the theft of four cartons of cigarettes.

* An electrical circuit breaker was reported stolen at 519 S. Pacific St.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of shoes.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Donald Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

Miscellaneous

* A weapon violation was reported on North Shawnee Road.

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
