The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Gabriel R. Yanes, 24, 121 E. Rodney St., Unit D2, was arrested on a parole violation warrant.
• Michelle L. Tollett, 17, of 1217 College st., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Tyler P. Hawn, 43, of 1673 Westwood St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Assaults

• An assault was reported.
• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• A robbery was reported.
• A computer was reported stolen at 1412 N. Kingshighway.
• Southeast Missouri Hospital reported a theft of cable.
• Checks were reported stolen at 224 Independence St.
• A purse was reported stolen at 1946 Grandview Drive.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A cell phone, money and a money pouch were reported stolen at 46 N. Main St.
• Scrap metal and cash for items not received were reported stolen at 509 Morgan Oak St.

Property damage

• A door was reported damaged at 617 Sycamore St.
• Pepsi MidAmerica reported damage to a Pepsi machine in Cape County Park North.
• A window was reported damaged at 2002 Pamela St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• Harassment was reported.
• A request for service was reported.
• A 33-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
• Tampering was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jerald W. Eigenbrod, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Chad A. Dillingham, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of heroin possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jodi D. Martin, 28, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Charles M, Montgomery, 33, of Marble Hill, Mo., 33, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Terry E. Moore, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Rickey L. Nanney, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
