* William H. Colbert, Jr., 33, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for burglary, domestic assault and assault.
* Larry G. Koenig, 53, 1217 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
* Evan S. Batterton, 27, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine.
* Charles L. Harless Sr., 33, 943 Bellevue St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant.
* Toni R. Sandlin, 31, 444 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Robert T. Alverado, 36, 2826 Whitener St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for noise violation.
* An assault was reported.
* A domestic assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* A theft and forgery were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 536 S. Middle St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3415 William St.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing and household goods. Jennifer Giden, 29, of Mounds, Ill., and Jerra G. Giden, 23, of Cairo, Ill., were issued summonses in connection with the incident.
* Two mirrors from a motor scooter were reported stolen at 410 Themis St.
* Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A birdhouse and outdoor statues were reported stolen at 205 Barberry St.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A window was reported damaged at 1127 S. Ellis St.
* A central air-conditioning unit was reported damaged at 3035 Themis St.
* Scratches on a vehicle were reported at 3439 William St.
* A window was reported damaged at 805 S. Pacific St.
* Property damage was reported at 2802 Independence St., Apt. 4.
* Damage to a door was reported at 626 Broadway. Bradley W. Crader, 22, 2003 New Madrid St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
* A 51-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A rape was reported.
* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A peace disturbance was reported.
