The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A boy was cited into juvenile court for assault on school property and peace disturbance.

* Pamela G. Robinson, 36, 1111 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jimmie L. Hodges, 53, 1111 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for driving while intoxicated.

* James S. Rankin, 38, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and resisting arrest.

* Cornel J. Randolph, 38, 605 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

* Wink's, 2017 Perryville Road, reported a theft of alcohol.

* Currency was reported stolen at 3121 Wisteria Lane. A boy was placed in custody in connection with the incident.

* Money was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing. Princess A. Espuet, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Money, checks and WIC vouchers were reported stolen at 937 Broadway.

Assault

* An assalt was reported. A subject was arrested pending charges in connection with the incident.

* An assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* An unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 33-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* An 18-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
