The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of crack cocaine, no financial responsibility, no operator's license, no seat belt and failure to display two head lamps.

Arrests

  • Patricia L. Oliver, 52, 117 Clark Ave., No. 5, was arrested on a McCracken County, Ky., warrant for probation violation for theft by deception and on a Marshall County, Ky., warrant for larceny.
  • Wong T. McGee, 42, 224 Independence St. was arrested on suspicion of being a parole absconder.
  • Jimie D. Orton, 62, 2001 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Randy E. Smith, 21, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding.
  • Terry E. Moore, 27, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

Summonses

  • Tarsila K. Cooper, 40, of Ullin, Ill., received a summons for possession of marijuana.
  • Aaron L. Wiggin, 25, 213 N. Fountain St., No. 6, received a summons for prohibited acts, loud stereo.

  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Winks, 2017 Perryville Road, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Pepsi Mid-America reported a theft of money and beverages.
  • Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A global positioning system, a CD stereo and a remote control were reported stolen at 606 Terry Lane.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 2825 Bloomfield Road.
  • House of Games, 621 Good Hope St., reported a window broken.

Miscellaneous

  • A 49-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
  • A violation of ex parte order of protection was reported.
