Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- David R. Eskew, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and possession of a controlled substance.
Arrests
- Britney C. Porter, 26, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
- Brian A. Segura, 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Jason R. Schuler, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Anthony G. Southhall, 28, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for speeding and no operator's license.
- Christopher A. Caldwell, 22, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.
- Michael R. Heard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
- A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
- A 12-year-old girl was taken into custody for a curfew violation.

- A theft was reported at 2528 Meadow Lane.
- A motorcycle was reported stolen at 1227 College St.
- Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- A theft was reported at 213 Edgewood Road.
- A theft was reported at 1928 Carolina Lane.
- A theft was reported.
- A license place was reported stolen at 603 N. Middle St.
- A chain and master lock were stolen at 1300 Water St.
- Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.

- A headlight on a vehicle was reported damaged at 421 Sheridan Drive.
- A motorcycle was reported damaged at 1703 Whitener St.
- A front window was reported broken was 330 N. Pacific St.

- A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- Possession of a controlled substance was reported.
