CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Mitchael O. Smith Jr., 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of prior offender residing within 1,000 feet of school/child-care facility and failure to register as a sex offender.
- Thomas E. Pearman, 61, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
