Arrests

  • Isiah L. Mathis, 25, 2525 Themis St., Apt. 8, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for trespassing and failure to provide insurance.
  • Elizabeth A. Evans, 25, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing and on Stoddard County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear, obstruction of justice and insufficient funds.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Summonses

  • Christopher E. Martin, 24, 1125 Dorothy St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance vehicle.
  • Stephen D. Prater, 24, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for assault.

  • A building and vehicle were reported damaged at 826A Enterprise St.

  • Tires were reported damaged at 915 Linden St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 20-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
  • A 61-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A request for service was reported.
  • A violation of an ex parte was reported.
  • A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Tampering with a witness was reported.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
