Arrests

* Eugene J. Scarborough, 24, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for prohibited acts and resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine.

Summonses

* Sharola L. Moore, 36, 708 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts and resisting arrest.

* Britteny D. Thomas, 20, 308 Louis St., received a summons for prohibited acts and resisting arrest.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* Jewelry and a garage door opener were reported stolen at 3657 Engram St.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1005 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 39-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Cash Depot, 1207 N. Kings-highway, reported forgery and passing bad checks.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.

Summonses

* Ronald Lee Gilbert, no age given, 1733 Dunklin St., Apt. 3, received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Jesse L. Knauss, no age given, 514 Greensferry Road, Jackson, received a summons for possession of marijuana.

Theft

* An iPod Touch, digital camera, headphones, voice recorder and keys were reported stolen from Cheney Hall.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in Academic Hall.
