  • Brandon Wayne Merritt, 20, 1319 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.
  • Charles E. Wells, 29, of Scott County, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for twice not paying child support.

Summonses

  • Joseph Darnell Gray, 26, 605 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for a noise violation.
  • Daniel Patrick Grippo, 24, 1122 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for a nuisance violation.
  • Michael Lee Payne, 25, was issued a summons for property damage.

Robbery

  • A wallet was reported stolen in a second-degree robbery in the 300 block of South Hanover Street.

Assaults

  • Second-degree assault was reported.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • First-degree child molestation was reported.

Thefts

  • A dog kennel was reported stolen.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gas.
  • Money was reported stolen at 1920 Whitener St.
  • Gas was reported stolen at 2136 William St. A gas cap was also reported damaged in the incident.
  • Amerimart 7, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gas.

Property damage

  • A vehicle's paint was reported scratched at 2847 Whitener St., Apt. A6.
  • A damaged front door and trespassing were reported at 2849 Themis St., Apt. A-2.
  • A front window was reported damaged at 827 Elm St.
  • A row of vines was reported damaged at 1204 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

  • Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute was reported.
  • A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • Indecent exposure was reported.
  • A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

  • Thomas G. Yoke Jr., 39, 563 County Road 302, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and speeding.
