Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Harry D. Sloan, 19, 523 Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for consumption of alcohol on a public street.

* Joshua A. Gaspard, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault and failure to appear for probation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Jimmie Lee Lindell, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Galen L. Osborne, 19, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

* William Eason, 55, 1611 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Kimberly A. Baker, 45, 1721 Bertling St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.

* Nancy E. Farmer, 55, of Greensboro, N.C., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.

Thefts

* Handcuffs were reported stolen at 664 Olivia Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 702 Fairway Blvd.

* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A circular saw was reported stolen at 921 William St.

* Sears Grand reported the theft of an MP3 player, a controller and an Xbox card. An Xbox card was also reported damaged.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1516 Big Bend Road.

* Identity theft was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and a damaged door lock were reported at 135 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* Vehicle tires were reported damaged at 605 Boxwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* A violation of a child protection order was reported.

* First-degree sexual misconduct was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and stealing were reported.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported three failures to return rental property. Four televisions and two computers were reported to have not been returned.

* A 59-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summons

* Donna Wilfong, 26, 881 Clark St., was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A theft was reported in the 1500 block of Jennifer Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 1600 block of Jackson Ridge.

* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of North Neal Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Woodland Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* An intoxicated person was reported on North Missouri Street.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Samuel D. Bell, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jason D. Shackleford, 26, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and speeding.

* Zachary N. Schwekper, 18, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Doris E. Quick, 52, of East Cape Girardeau, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Kyle V. Essner, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Alexis D. Rhodes, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of a liquor by a minor.

* Erin E. Owens, 17, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Jennifer L. Morton, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing and second-degree burglary.

* Christopher R. Copeland, 26, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Zachary G. Esparza, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Michael D. Cureton, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of an intoxicating liquor by a minor.

* Lexie E. Schweer, 20, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Sheldon J. Wheaton, 52, of Sherwood, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* John S. Davis, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Richard L. Jenkins, 23, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree domestic assault.
