Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Driving while intoxicated was reported at Leroy and Kings­way drives.
* Igor A. Sukhina, 50, 1212 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
* Christopher E. Morris, 44, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Bryce N. Conner, 20, 1935 Briarwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Catarino Ramirez-Melgar, 28, 3010 Aspen Drive, Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
* Patrick S. Moyers, 34, 1104 West Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Benjamin F. Rawlins, 23, 1553 Stewart Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Efrain Silvia-Cruz, 18, 2832 Whitener St., Apt. 8, was arrested on suspicion of forgery, no operator's license, vision-reducing material and Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
* Mark A. Musselman Jr., 25, 1304 E. Main St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failing to appear for contempt of court for failing to pay a fine and failure to pay fine and cost for traffic violation.
* Amy Nicole Hargrave, 31, 617 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failing to appear for a construction zone violation.
* Corwyne A. Mann, 18, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear for improper registration. He also received a summons for failing to follow fireworks dates and hours of sale and use.
* Deandre Markez Tipler, 18, 1201 Good Hope St., was arrested on six Cape Girardeau warrants for failing to appear for a seat belt violation, two counts of improper registration, false declaration, no operator's license and no insurance.

* John R. Higgins, 44, 207 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for assault.
* Christine P. Crider, 50, Granite City Ill., received a summons for assault.

* Ponciano L. Garcia, no age given, of Scott City received a summons for having an unlicensed vehicle.

* Trisha J. Copeland, 228 Marlin St., received a summons for failing to drive within traffic lanes.

* Travis A. Mann, 21, 630 North St., Apt. D, received a summons for failing to follow fireworks dates and hours of sale and use.
* Remington B. Miller, 25, 225 S. Lorimier St., received a summons for failing to follow fireworks dates and hours of sale and use.
* Walter W. Gordon, 22, 24 S. Benton St., received a summons for failing to follow fireworks safety requirements.
* Gregory L. Bailey Jr., 19, 622 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for failing to follow fireworks safety requirements.
* Michael Houston Purkey, 1122 Ranney Ave., received a summons for failure to yield and having no proof of insurance.
Thefts
* Money was reported stolen at 623 Jefferson Ave.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported three incidents of theft of gasoline.
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported two incidents of theft of gasoline.
* A purse was reported stolen near North Ellis and Bellevue streets.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A bicycle was reported stolen from 49 S. Park Ave.
* Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane, reported a theft of money.
* Bening Mazda, 460 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of a DVD/ CD player.
* A vehicle was reported stolen.
* Televisions were reported stolen at 536 S. Ellis St.
* Electronics were reported stolen at 1803 Huntington Drive.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 324 S. Lorimier St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 704 S. Ellis St.
* A burglary was reported at 3021 Mimosa St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3120 Independence St.
* Cape Starter and Alternator, 845 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cash.
* Buckets, a mattress, box springs and an extension cord were reported stolen from 416 Frederick St.
* A cell phone, sunglasses and wallet were reported stolen from 223 S. Hanover St.
Property damage
* A broken window was reported at 401 S. Park St.
* Vehicle damage was reported at 2863 Whitener St.
* A broken window was reported at 1204 S. Pacific St.
* Bank of Missouri, 3427 William St., reported a broken vehicle window.
Miscellaneous
* A boy was cited into juvenile court for a fireworks violation.
* Two requests for service were reported.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for acting beyond parental control.
* Two boys were cited into juvenile court for failing to follow fireworks safety requirements.
* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for failing to follow fireworks safety requirements.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for failing to follow curfew.
* Two incidents of harassment were reported
